Central Health - Grenada A faith based initiative that focuses on educating the public about chronic diseases and spiritual health.

A chronic disease is classified as a long-lasting condition or diagnosis that under a health professionals team’s care, it can be managed allowing patients to have an extended life. The chronic diseases that will be focused upon by this initiative include but not limited to are:

Asthma
Cancer (Breast, Colon, and Reproductive)
Diabetes
Heart Disease
High Blood Pressure
Kidney Disease
Sexually Transmitted Diseases

On August 17, Grenada's Olympians received a warm welcome home. After a ceremony in the VIP lounge of Maurice Bishop International Airport, the athletes were greeted with cheers and well wishes from nationals. I was among those present. I got to touch and congratulate Olympians Anderson Peters, Lindon Victor, and Kirani James. I will cherish having access to do those two things. #473

The St David’s Branch of the Grenada Diabetes Association (GDA) will be hosting a Free Diabetes Clinic at the Perdmontemps Gospel Hall this Saturday, 19 November 2022, from 9 am to 12 noon. The event is approved by the Ministry of Health.
