📣ევროკავშირის 33-თვიანი ახალგაზრდობაზე ორიენტირებული პროექტი დასრულდა
📍ახალგაზრდა სოციალურ მეწარმეებს სომხეთისა და საქართველოს საზღვრისპირა რეგიონებიდან, ევროკავშირმა 33-თვიანი პროექტის ფარგლებში, საშუალება მისცა ჩართულიყვნენ სხვადასხვა პროფესიულ ტრენინგში, მიეღოთ სრულფასოვანი ინდივიდუალური მენტორინგი, გაცნობოდნენ საზღვარგარეთის პრაქტიკას და დაეარსებინათ მდგრადი, სოციალური მისიით მართული საწარმოები. აღსანიშნავია, რომ სულ დაფინანსდა 36 საწარმო: 12 საქართველოში (კახეთის, ქვემო ქართლისა და სამცხე-ჯავახეთის რეგიონებში), ხოლო 24- სომხეთში (ლორის, ტავუშისა და შირაქის რეგიონებში).
📍პროექტის ფარგლებში 1200-მდე ახალგაზრდას ჰქონდა საშუალება ჩართულიყო სოციალური მეწარმეობის, ბიზნესის დაგეგმარების, ფინანსების, ციფრული მარკეტინგის, გენდერის, ლიდერობის, ფონდების მოძიებისა და სხვა ტრენინგებში.
📍კონფერენციაზე წარადგინეს პროექტის შემაჯამებელი ანგარიში, აგრეთვე EU4Youth მხარდაჭერისა და კოორდინაციის გუნდმა ბრიუსელიდან, მსმენელებს გააცნეს EU4Youth პროგრამა და მისი სამოქმედო არეალი.
📍პანელურ დისკუსიას, რომლის მთავარი თემა გახლდათ „ახალგაზრდული სოციალური მეწარმეობის მომავალი საქართველოსა და სომხეთში“ გაუძღვნენ ახალგაზრდობის სააგენტოს, არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაციების Mercy Corps და Development Principles , ბიზნეს საკონსულტაციო ორგანიზების ასოციაციის (ABCO), სამოქალაქო საზოგადოების ინსტიტუტისა და სოციალურ საწარმოთა ალიანსის წარმომადგენლები.
📍 მოწვეულ სტუმრებს შესაძლებლობა ჰქონდათ უფრო ახლოს გაეცნოთ SEAG პროექტის ბენეფიციარები საქართველოდან და სომხეთიდან და მოესმინათ მათი წარმატების ისტორიები, აგრეთვე სპეციალურად მოწყობილ საგამოფენო სივრცეში გაცნობოდნენ მათი სოციალური საწარმოს პროდუქციას.
📣 A 33-month youth-oriented EU project has come to an end
📍 Within the 33-month project, the European Union allowed young social entrepreneurs living in the border regions of Armenia and Georgia to engage in various professional training sessions, receive full-fledged individual mentoring, familiarise themselves with foreign practices and establish sustainable, social mission-driven enterprises.
📍 Remarkably, thirty-six enterprises received EU funding in Georgia and Armenia: 12 in Georgia (in Kakheti, Kvemo Kartli and Samtskhe-Javakheti regions) and 24 in Armenia (in Lori, Tavush and Shirak regions). With the support of the project, about 1,200 young people had the opportunity to engage in social entrepreneurship, business planning, finance, digital marketing, gender, leadership, fundraising and other trainings.
📍Guests attending the conference were introduced to the project's summary report, accompanied by a presentation “EU4Youth in Action” from the EU4Youth support and coordination team from Brussels.
📍The panel discussion, the main topic of which was " the future of youth entrepreneurship in Georgia and Armenia” was led by the representatives of the Youth Agency, non-governmental organizations Mercy Corps and Development Principles, Association of Business Consulting Organizations in Georgia (ABCO), Institute of Civil Society, and Social Enterprises Alliance Georgia.
📍The invited guests had the opportunity to get to know the beneficiaries of the SEAG project from Georgia and Armenia more closely and to hear their success stories, as well as to familiarize themselves with the products of their social enterprise in a specially arranged exhibition space.
