Our modern world ...
Once upon a time, humanity was only concerned with obtaining food, building shelter, and protecting themselves from attacks by neighboring tribes. No one could have imagined that the times would come when we would all face our modern problems and challenges of personal growth, career, achieving goals, finding a suitable partner, creating a harmonious family, raising mentally healthy children, finding and understanding our favorite business, establishing and achieving our financial heights, motivation and time management, setting clear goals, endless discipline and planning, overcoming obstacles, increasing one's effectiveness, resolving conflicts in society in a harmonious way, searching for oneself, increasing self-esteem, resolving one's childhood and adolescent psychological traumas, working through destructive parenting, partner abuse, bullying at school, getting rid of fears, doubts and old beliefs, chasing the ever-changing fashion, the pursuit of ever-changing fashion, modern facial and body beauty, the list goes on and on...
And all these have led us all to endless stress, anxiety, some even to apathy and panic attacks, to latent anger, to distrust of the world, others, ourselves, to the freezing of feelings and the inability to feel and show them, to the accumulation of resentment and various kinds of fear and phobias, to workaholism, endless achievement, endless and often groundless comparison of oneself with others, devaluation of others and oneself, shifting responsibility and seeking authority, endless desire to change the world, others, relatives and/or oneself, internal and external conflicts, to deterioration of relationships with others and loved ones, to disappointment, to loss of energy, to depression, to emotional burnout, to loss of the ability to enjoy life, to loss of the ability to relax and unwind, to procrastination, to financial instability, to pain - both mental, emotional, and physical, to chronic laziness and fatigue, endless weight gain or constant weight loss, to various kinds of addictions, men - to the loss of their masculinity, and women – to the loss of their femininity, and finally to a serious deterioration and even loss of psychological, emotional and physical health.
Fortunately, the modern world also offers a variety of options for solving modern problems and tasks, with different approaches to suit any taste, request, or type of problem or task. However, unfortunately, most of these methods do not help to get to the root cause, and they also impose their own vision and template to some extent, while the person must find the root cause himself/herself, without relying on anyone else's choice or ready-made solution, and without shifting the responsibility onto anyone else. One of these methods is the PF_R method, which is a psycho-functional rebuilding.
