On July 4, 2025, Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers became the epicenter of technological momentum. For the fifth time, Georgia’s largest Tech Conference was held with the support of PROMICE. The trust we earn year after year is the best reward.

Facts in Numbers: more than 600 participants from the IT business sector, 40 speakers from various countries, three halls and three streams — a conference, hands-on master classes and heated panel discussions — all in one place, buzzing with professional networking.

What made the day unforgettable?
• Technical setup: a massive 18 metre LED screen, professional sound and lighting, prompters and monitors — all at International Standards, delivering perfect visuals and comfort for every speaker.
• Venue branding: sponsor and guest areas were styled consistently; we produced banners, a press wall, badges, and lanyards so that every element reflected the scale of the Conference. The spirit of the League of AI Champions was everywhere.
• Multimedia: our A team of operators and photographers captured the best moments, and now everyone has for their social media accounts.
• Organization: logistics, timing, and management were tuned to the second so participants could focus solely on ideas and knowledge.

🌞 How do you kick off summer in a bright, techy way with a touch of wine? We know the answer!

On May 30–31, in the heart of Georgian winemaking at Tsinandali Estate Radisson Collection Hotel, we teamed up with ASBIS Georgia and GT Group Technologies to launch a true . Two days packed with insights: we explored groundbreaking solutions, shared real-world cases, and looked for fresh approaches to performance and scalability. It was on fire 🔥

But there was nothing dry about it! Our atmosphere checklist:
• live discussions + genuine networking;
• wine, scenery, and that famous Georgian hospitality;
• and of course, the signature — the bright aprons that became the event’s must-have accessory. Seriously: who knew a branded apron would spark so many smiles and conversations about cooking?

From April 4–6, 2025, the Gudauri Ski Resort turned into the venue for the AI Native NOW Conference. In this picturesque corner of Georgia, high above the clouds, we brought together 50 partners and innovators to exchange ideas, build connections, and envision the future.

During the day, we had serious work to do: thematic presentations, discussions, and informal conversations. And then it was time to relax: we played bowling and billiards, and skied and snowboarded down the slopes.

For many partners, this getaway was the perfect chance to escape the hustle and bustle of Tbilisi, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and admire the snow-capped Caucasian peaks while gaining valuable insights.

How do you combine a Partner Conference with unforgettable summer moments?
Simple: Relax and Trust PROMICE.

From June 26 to 28, 2024, we organized an offsite gathering for 60 HONOR brand partners at the stunning Lopota Lake Resort & Spa — and once again proved that work and leisure can coexist. No hiccups, no missed deadlines, no stress.

We started with the essentials — a smooth journey. Every detail was arranged in advance: pickup in Tbilisi, comfortable transfers to Lopota and back. Upon arrival, a quick check-in into carefully selected rooms where everyone could feel at home.

Days were dedicated to business: engaging sessions with real substance, and space for informal conversations where ideas sparked naturally.

Evenings shifted into something more atmospheric.
We gathered outdoors at Green Yard to watch the UEFA Euro 2024 Georgia vs. Portugal match under the stars — and when our team won, everyone stood and cheered. Every single person!

Later came the dinners — a warm Welcome evening, then a festive Gala Dinner. With a charismatic host, good music, and that rare feeling when colleagues become a true team.

Of course, we didn’t forget the details: branded notebooks and pens, lanyards, badges, roll-ups — the little touches that complete the big picture and quietly say, you belong here.

We built the schedule, managed the logistics, kept the rhythm smooth — so that the guests and the HONOR team could simply enjoy three days where work and rest weren’t in conflict, but in harmony.

On December 11–12, we had the pleasure of organizing one of the country’s largest Cyber Security and IT Innovation Сonference, for the fifth time in a row.
And once again, we proved: even the biggest event can feel seamless, warm, and human.

600+ participants.
Business and government leaders, embassies, banks, and global tech corporations from across Europe and the CIS.
No chaos. Just a solid plan, a well-paced timeline — and a bit of behind-the-scenes magic.

What we handled (besides making sure every lanyard was in place):
• A 2-day conference with parallel sessions and a panel discussion
• An Award Ceremony — formal, but far from boring

On December 20, 2023, Factory Tbilisi hosted Lenovo Tech Event ’23. The event gathered up to 100 partners from the IT business sector. PROMICE served as the organizer, overseeing the entire process:
• Developing the event concept, script, and show program;
• Decorating the venue and installing LED screens, sound, and lighting equipment;
• Creating branded Lenovo zones, preparing audio and video content, costumes/uniforms
• Arranging photo and video shooting with subsequent clip editing;
• Providing catering services and managing logistics/timing.
