BodyLove - regular classes with in our studio
Soft, deep work with the body, posture, and habitual movement patterns. BodyLove is a way to get to know your body, understand its signals, and gradually bring back balance and lightness.
What is BodyLove?
It is a self-help system created for those who want to safely improve posture, release muscle blocks, and learn to understand their body.
Many people know the theory, but when they try to correct their posture on their own, it often becomes even more difficult - especially in the lower back and neck. BodyLove helps gently activate the muscles, return them to proper function, and create a harmonious body alignment.
How do the classes work?
Each session is:
• 1.5 hours of work
Individually selected exercises + manual activation of dysfunctional muscles (massage).
• Learning self-massage and body anatomy
So you can maintain the results.
• Focus on the natural curves of the spine
We learn to recognize fatigue, swelling, blocks, and release them gently.
