Die Infektionsgefahr in meiner Podologie-Praxis ist beseitigt. Ihre Sicherheit ist unsere 100%ige Garantie.
Jeder Maniküre- und Pediküreprozess ähnelt einer Minioperation mit Mikrorissen und Störungen der Hautbarriere. Bakterien, einschließlich Tuberkulose...; Viren, einschließlich Hepatitis, HIV, Herpes, Poliomyelitis...; ein Spektrum von Pilzerkrankungen... Die Behandlung mit Alkohol von Pinzetten, Skalpellen oder Bohrern wird nicht das gewünschte Ergebnis bringen. Deshalb widmen wir Ihnen und unserer Sicherheit besondere Aufmerksamkeit. Hier sind die schrittweisen Desinfektionsmaßnahmen vor Beginn der Verfahren für JEDEN Patienten:
1. Reinigung der Instrumente von Hautrückständen, Nagelstaub und Blut... erfolgt mit einer Seifenlösung mit hoher Konzentration von Wasserstoffperoxid. Dann spülen wir sie mit fließendem Wasser ab.
2. Einweichen der Instrumente in eine Lösung des Desinfektionsmittels ANIOSYME DD1 (Frankreich) - für mindestens 30 Minuten. Dann spülen wir sie mit fließendem Wasser ab.
- ANIOSYME DD1 ist ein antimikrobieller Wirkstoff. Wirksam gegen: Bakterien (einschließlich Tuberkulosemykobakterien); Viren (einschließlich Hepatitis, HIV, Herpes, Poliomyelitis, Schweine- (A H1N1) und Vogelgrippe (H5N1)); Pilze (einschließlich Candida-, Trichophyton-Genera).
3. Sterilisation durch Autoklavieren. Autoklavieren ist derzeit die Haupt- und zuverlässigste Methode der Sterilisation für chirurgische, zahnärztliche und natürlich podologische Instrumente. Wir verwenden einen Vakuum-Autoklaven der Klasse B, der in Zahnkliniken, Krankenhäusern, Labors usw. verwendet wird. Der Klasse-B-Autoklav ist für die Sterilisation von hohlen und porösen Instrumenten und Materialien ausgelegt. Selbst Watte kann sterilisiert werden. Der Sterilisationsprozess verwendet moderne Trocknungstechnologie in drei Phasen unter Vakuum, nach der die Gegenstände keine zusätzliche Trocknung benötigen. Druck/Temperatur 2,00~2,30 bar/134°C~135°C. Mikroben haben keine Chance.
4. Nach der Sterilisation werden die Instrumente in eine spezielle Box mit einer arbeitenden bakteriziden UV-Lampe gelegt. Bakterizide Lampen werden zur Desinfektion von Luft und Oberflächen im Raum, zur Desinfektion von Trinkwasser und zur Sterilisation von Gegenständen und medizinischen Instrumenten verwendet. Die Lampe neutralisiert die meisten Mikroorganismen wie Viren, Bakterien, Schimmelpilze, Hefen, Sporen usw.
5. Beim Entfernen der Instrumente aus der Box mit der UV-Lampe werden die bereits vollständig sicheren Instrumente im Moment des tatsächlichen Beginns der Verfahren mit dem Präparat BACILLOL AF (Deutschland) besprüht.
- BACILLOL AF ist für die schnelle Desinfektion von medizinischen Geräten bestimmt. Wirksam gegen Hepatitis B, C und AIDS, Tuberkulose, Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli...
6. Bevor die Verfahren beginnen, werden die Füße/Hände des Patienten mit dem gesundheitssicheren Präparat CUTASEPT F (Deutschland) behandelt, um eine Infektion durch die vom Patienten persönlich mitgebrachte Mikroflora zu verhindern. Alternativ wird eine Lösung von CHLORHEXIDINDIGLUKONAT verwendet.
- CUTASEPT F ist ein Hautantiseptikum. Verursacht den Tod von grampositiven und gramnegativen Bakterien, einschließlich der Erreger nosokomialer Infektionen, Tuberkulosemykobakterien; Viren (Hepatitis B, HIV); und Pilze (einschließlich Hefeartige Pilze der Gattung Candida).
- CHLORHEXIDIN (Chlorhexidindigluconat) ist ein Antiseptikum, wirksam gegen grampositive und gramnegative Bakterien (Treponema pallidum, Chlamydia spp., Ureaplasma spp., Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Gardnerella vaginalis, Bacteroides fragilis); Protozoen (Trichomonas vaginalis); Herpesvirus. Das Präparat ist stabil, und nach der Behandlung der Haut (Hände, Operationsfeld usw.) bleibt es darauf für eine bestimmte Zeit, weiterhin eine bakterizide Wirkung ausübend. Das Präparat behält seine Aktivität in Gegenwart von Blut und Eiter bei. Es wird zur Behandlung des Operationsfeldes und der Hände des Chirurgen, zur Desinfektion chirurgischer Instrumente sowie bei eitrigen-septischen Prozessen (Spülung chirurgischer Wunden, Blase usw.) und zur Vorbeugung von Geschlechtskrankheiten (Syphilis, Gonorrhoe, Trichomoniasis) verwendet.
Natürlich sind medizinische Einmal-Gummihandschuhe für die Sterilisation und die Verfahren obligatorisch.
Abschließend sei gesagt, dass trotz der Ähnlichkeit der Maniküre/Pediküreverfahren mit gewöhnlichen Schönheitssalons unser Büro eine tiefere Spezifität der Fuß- und Handbehandlung unter Verwendung innovativer Geräte, Instrumente, Präparate und Kosmetika "vor" und "nach" den Manipulationen aufweist.

The threat of infection in my podiatry office is eliminated. Your safety is our 100% guarantee.
Every manicure and pedicure procedure is like a mini-operation, with microcracks and skin barrier disruption. Bacteria, including tuberculosis...; viruses, including hepatitis, HIV, herpes, poliomyelitis...; a spectrum of fungal diseases... Treatment with alcohol of forceps, scalpels, or drills will not bring the desired result. That is why we pay special attention to you and our safety. Here are the step-by-step disinfection actions before starting procedures for EACH patient:
1. Cleaning the instruments from residues of skin, nail dust, and blood... is done with a soapy solution with a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide. Then, rinse with running water.
2. Soaking the instruments in a solution of the disinfectant ANIOSYME DD1 (France) - for a minimum of 30 minutes. Then, rinse with running water.
- ANIOSYME DD1 is an antimicrobial agent. Active against: bacteria (including mycobacteria of tuberculosis); viruses (including agents of parenteral hepatitis, HIV, herpes, poliomyelitis, swine (A H1N1) and bird (H5N1) flu); fungi (including genera Candida, Trichophyton).
3. Sterilization by autoclaving. Autoclave sterilization is currently the main, most reliable method of sterilization for surgical, dental, and of course, podiatry instruments. We use a Class B vacuum autoclave, used in dental clinics, hospitals, laboratories, etc. Class B autoclave is designed for sterilization of hollow and porous instruments and materials. Even сotton wool can also be sterilized. The sterilization process uses modern three-phase vacuum drying technology, after which the items do not need additional drying. Pressure/temperature 2.00~2.30bar/134℃~135℃. Microbes stand no chance.
4. After sterilization, the instruments are placed in a special box with a working bactericidal ultraviolet lamp. Bactericidal lamps are used for disinfecting air and surfaces in the room, disinfecting drinking water, and sterilizing items, and medical instruments. The lamp neutralizes most microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, mold, fungi, yeasts, spores, etc.

6. Before starting the procedures, the patient's feet/hands are treated with the health-safe preparation CUTASEPT F (Germany) to prevent infection from the microflora brought by the patient personally. Alternatively, a solution of CHLORHEXIDINE BIGLUCONATE is used.
- CUTASEPT F is a skin antiseptic. Causes the death of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including the causative agents of nosocomial infections, tuberculosis mycobacteria; viruses (hepatitis B, HIV); and fungi (including yeast-like fungi of the Candida genus).
- CHLORHEXIDINE (Chlorhexidine digluconate) is an antiseptic agent, active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (Treponema pallidum, Chlamydia spp., Ureaplasma spp., Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Gardnerella vaginalis, Bacteroides fragilis); protozoa (Trichomonas vaginalis); herpes virus. The preparation is stable, and after processing the skin (hands, surgical field, etc.), it remains on it for a certain amount, continuing to have a bactericidal effect. The preparation retains its activity in the presence of blood, and pus. It is used for processing the surgical field and the surgeon's hands, disinfecting surgical instruments, as well as in purulent-septic processes (washing of surgical wounds, bladder, etc.), and for the prevention of venereal diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis).
Of course, medical disposable rubber gloves are mandatory for sterilization and procedures.
In conclusion, it is worth saying that despite the similarity in sound of the manicure/pedicure procedures with ordinary beauty salons, our office has a deeper specificity of foot and hand treatment using innovative equipment, instruments, preparations, and cosmetics "before" and "after" manipulations.

Хочу поделиться с вами этой замечательной новостью. С 16 января я начинаю прием в самом сердце сердце Вены, в замечательном месте с 55-летней историей, основанном великим мастером и пионером фитнеса господином Вилли Данглом. Я привезу свой многолетний успешный опыт в подиатрии в Центральную Европу, в место, полное историй и заботы о здоровье, куда меня пригласила уважаемая госпожа Клаудиа Дангл, дочь великого мастера.

Ich möchte diese großartige Nachricht mit Ihnen teilen. Ab dem 16. Januar beginne ich meine Sprechstunden im Herzen von Wien, an einem wundervollen Ort, in Begleitung einer 55-jährigen Geschichte, gegründet vom großen Meister und Fitnesspionier Herr Willi Dungl. Damit bringe ich meine langjährige erfolgreiche Erfahrung in der Podologie nach Mitteleuropa, an einen Ort voller Geschichten und Sorge um die Gesundheit, wohin mich die geschätzte Frau Claudia Dungl, die Tochter des großen Meisters, eingeladen hat.

Подолог - это специалист по стопе. В сферу его внимания попадают не только различные деформации стопы, но и все заболевания, отражающиеся на состоянии стопы. Задача подолога - обнаружить эти патологические изменения, когда еще можно справиться с проблемами в условиях Подологического Центра, не прибегая к хирургическому вмешательству или помощи других специалистов, при этом осуществить обработку стопы соответственно установленному диагнозу. Таким образом, Подолог является связующим звеном между пациентом и врачом (эндокринологом, ортопедом, флебологом и т. д.). И только необходимые медицинские знания помогут подологу превратить уход за ногами в оздоравливающую медицинскую процедуру.
Как правило, подолог специализируется на широком спектре патологий, например, обработка диабетической стопы, лечение вросших ногтей (ортониксия) или лечение и профилактика гиперкератоза – чрезмерного утолщения рогового слоя эпидермиса, а проще говоря, уплотнения и трещины кожи на стопе. Подолог в большинстве случаев по виду стопы определит, к какому специалисту следует направить клиента, если не в силах справиться самостоятельно. Например, изменения на коже и ногтях могут вызвать у грамотного подолога подозрение о грибковом поражении, но подтверждает диагноз лабораторный анализ, и специфическое пероральное лечение назначает исключительно врач-миколог. Или при сахарном диабете - только эндокринолог устанавливает диагноз и объясняет пациенту, как измерять уровень сахара и поддерживать его близким к норме..
Однако кроме установления диагноза и назначения лечения основного заболевания пациент нуждается в обработке проблемной стопы, и именно этим занимается подолог в специально оборудованном кабинете. Что касается ортопедических проблем, то конечно подолог не заменит врача-ортопеда. Но зачастую, применяя приспособления как фабричного производства, так и изготовленные индивидуально для каждого пациента на примере индивидуальных ортопедических стелек, можно предотвратить развитие деформаций стопы, а у детей вылечить ее. Бесценным может стать вовремя данный совет по выбору обуви - ведь все повреждения или микротравмы, полученные от неудобной или некачественной обуви, обязательно рано или поздно аукнутся, вернуться болезнью.
Важной сферой деятельности подологов является ортониксия (т.е. лечение вросшего ногтя), так как на современном этапе лечения этой патологии разработаны методики, не требующие хирургического вмешательства даже в запущенных случаях. Кроме того, подолог даст квалифицированные советы по уходу за ногтями и их обработке в домашних условиях, чтобы в будущем избежать любых неприятностей.
