შენ შეგიძლია ეწვიო ახლად გახსნილი დაწესებულებას ელ.ამაშუკელის 14ა-ში. ჩვენთან დაგხვდება:

• ცეკვის დარბაზი, სპეციალური დიზაინის გაზაფხულის მუხის იატაკით( ცეკვა, იოგა, პილატესი)

გიმნაზია არის ადგილი, რომელიც ადამიანებს აერთიანებს საერთო მიზნის გარშემო-იცხოვრონ ჯანსაღად. You can find our newly opened 14a Elguja Amashukeli St, Tbilisi. We run our classes at:

• Dancehall, with custom design oak spring floor (dance, yoga, pilates)
• Professional mats space and octagon (judo, BJJ, freestyle wrestling, boxing, MMA)
• First ninja park in Georgia (obstacle course race)
• Strength conditioning zone (weights, cable machine)
• Sports rehab (massage, osteopathy, physiotherapy)
• Showers, dry sauna, steam room, ice bath
• Semi-outdoor cross-training zone (to be opened in November)
• Cafe with specialty coffee and healthy, delicious food

Gymnasia is space, that brings people together around the common goal of living a healthy life.

On March 15, Gymnasia hosted a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament that brought together athletes of different ages and skill levels in one space.
Our sports space was filled with energy, motivation, and a strong sporting spirit. This day became another important step in sharing experience, embracing new challenges, and strengthening the sports community.

Thank you to all the participants, coaches, and supporters who became part of this day and helped create such an impressive and memorable event.

15 მარტს Gymnasia-ში გაიმართა ბრაზილიური ჯიუ-ჯიცუს ტურნირი, რომელმაც სხვადასხვა ასაკისა და დონის სპორტსმენები ერთ სივრცეში გააერთიანა. ჩვენი სპორტული სივრცე სავსე იყო ენერგიით, მოტივაციითა და ძლიერი სპორტული სულით. ეს დღე იყო გამოცდილების გაზიარების, ახალი გამოწვევების მიღებისა და სპორტული საზოგადოების გაძლიერების კიდევ ერთი მნიშვნელოვანი ნაბიჯი.

მადლობა ყველა მონაწილეს, მწვრთნელსა და მხარდამჭერს, ვინც ამ დღის ნაწილი გახდა და შექმნა ასეთი შთამბეჭდავი და დასამახსოვრებელი დღე!
