Some come for the heat, some for the quiet, some just to switch off for an hour. Everyone does it their own way and that’s the beauty of it.

The sea is there if you want it, but the heat is what brings people back.

No rules, no pressure, just time well spent.

Well this was unexpected…

Somehow Rock Box Sauna has ended up in Heat magazine this week.

Right between celebrity drama and royal gossip… there’s a horsebox sauna on the west coast of Guernsey.

Not sure how that happened but we’ll take it.

Sauna slow-Roam wild-Bath in nature. 🔥🌊
