On today’s 22/12 portal there maybe some past experiences coming up to be released. I didn’t realise the date until I’d already shared a Facebook rant about prison reform! 😆

My own menopause journey is asking me to speak my biggest fears out load now- it feels unsafe - it feels vulnerable - I’ve done it before and not been heard - but I’m not in the same place as I was before and neither are you. Collectively we can heal our hearts together 🤎✨

I’ll de diving deeper in my spiritual practice today, sitting with the heart medicine of cacao and sending love out to all of you going through your own shadow fears too.

This co2 extract from (which are a very pure form of plant medicine…and I can get my FULL geek on about if you’d like?!) 😆 is a beautiful aromatic reiki option.

Nine days before our annual Christmas shutdown and am so grateful for all your chocolate therapy business. 🙏 Sold out of ceremonial cacao buttons, chocolate therapy starter kits now taking bookings for personalised sessions in January 2026! 🤎✨

Outside of work, we are busy preparing for Christmas, ordering and planning our meals and finding the bottom of the washing pile (albeit briefly I know! 😆) In these very full times, Wolvers reminds me:-

🐾 Just sleep wherever you can, whenever you can!

🐾 A little rain brings out natures aromas…and he’s always excited to get out the door!

🐾 Whatever you are doing on that computer thingy - it’s not REMOTELY as important as a belly rub or behind the ear scratch.

🐾 No body kind cares about material things/money/gifts - they care about a little connection with you throughout the year.

🐾 Life is messy, full and challenging for everyone- remember to soften and ‘play’ as much as you strive and push forwards.
