Meaning of Cupping Marks

1. A pale or white mark indicates that an area has a lack of function and probably isn't performing properly. If no color appears at all, it indicates low energy in that area. This suggests the need for cupping treatments that focus on restoring vitality to the area.

2. A pink mark suggest good circulation and healthy blood flow.

3.Dampness/water droplets within the cup indicates moisture from the body ,especially after physical activity.

4. A bright red mark often points to a mild injury, strain, or inflammation, indicating the body is actively working to heal.

5. A red mark with dark spots shows that there is a large accumulation of toxins in the body.A
buildup of harmful substances like metabolic waste, pollutants, and heavy metals in soft tissues and muscles. When saying Harvey metals this means breathing in fumes,ingesting contaminated food/water,skin absorption from paint and pesticides.

6. Dark red/purple marks typically show deeper stagnation, chronic tension, or a significant accumulation of toxins, suggesting the area is more congested and may require more treatment time
