Only 1 in 10 people survive an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.

Members of the public are invited to take part in free CPR and defibrillator training at Beau Sejour Leisure Centre on Thursday 16 October as part of Restart a Heart Day 2025 - an international initiative helping more people gain confidence in responding to cardiac arrests. ❤️

🕒 Thursday 16 October throughout the day

Qualified Royal Life Saving Society UK Trainer Assessors, Beau Sejour lifeguards and Guernsey Ambulance and Rescue Service staff will be on hand to teach vital skills that could save a life.
