BREAKING NEWS: PAIRS OPTION ADDED

Due to popular demand, we’ve added a Pairs option for the Tornado Race.

If you don’t feel ready for the full challenge, enter with a friend and share the work / entry fee. Rest while your partner works then smash your next interval!

You can soak up the atmosphere and get confident enough to do the full race in October…

There are 16 Ladies Pairs tickets available and 16 Mens Pairs tickets available.

This also means there are now only 12 Singles tickets left so get off the fence and get booked on!

BUDOKON YOGA FLOW
A modern contemporary yoga class that draws on the freedom of creative sequencing cultivated in Vinyasa Yoga and the circular nature of Martial Arts. CLASSES RUNNING DURING JULY
***(Please note: NO public classes during August)***

QIGONG & INTERNAL MARTIAL ARTS classes continue in Sausmarez Park Wednesday evenings 1800 - 1900 & Friday mornings 0700 - 0800 to end of July (***9 classes = £25***) or drop-in's = £10 - CASH please.

QIGONG & INTERNAL MARTIAL ARTS classes continue to end of July on Wednesday mornings 0930 - 1030 at Styx Community Centre (£10 drop in - CASH please). These classes will continue from Sept - Dec 24 (with cover for most away dates).

BUDOKON (Zen Mind, Yoga & Martial Arts Movement) classes continue to end of July on Saturday mornings 0800 - 0900 at Ignite Studio 1 (£13 drop in - CASH please). We intend to continue these classes from Sept - Dec 24.

(It's very important to me that Yoga should not become an exclusive or luxury commodity as this was never the purpose of Yoga (or Qigong).

“💥 Real talk, no BS. From January to May, this gal has kicked serious ass, transforming more than just her body. It’s not just about slimming down—it’s about stepping the hell up.

👊 She showed up, pushed through the s**t days, and smashed her goals. This isn’t about me being some miracle worker; it’s about her owning every damn day of her journey.

🔥 Yeah, she looks different. But it’s the invisible changes, the tough mental shifts, the guts it took to keep going—that’s the real victory here.

🗣️ So here’s to not just shedding pounds but shedding old habits and doubts. F**k the quick fixes. This is about the long game.

After the 1st couple of months her progress stalled a little and we were trying to work out what would be best for her and then it landed on her lap, she won a month free sessions with and she absolutely loved it.

Our 4 month online coaching package and agreement has ended, her journey has taken her down a different route but I am so proud of the impact I had and I’m so happy she’s in good hands with jimmy.

I could have tried to convince her that I’m better than jimmy and discouraged her from any other PTs or forms of fitness other than mine or what makes me money. That’s not me. I want what’s best for the client and sometimes that isn’t me. That’s ok. We re programmed everything to work around her classes at jimmys and made it all work around the other tasks I was setting her.

Im nothing special because of this picture I got lucky to have such a comitted and driven individual who listened and respected my opinion to give it a try for 4 months. oh it feels so good 💙💪
