For thousands of years the Chinese have practiced various techniques such as Acupuncture, Acupressure and Qi gong which works with our life force “Qi”, they have mapped out our bodies to show how our life force travels around our body and this has shown how these meridians connect all of our organs and muscles as well as our 7 energy centers known as chakras and our mental, physical and emotional bodies.

Our physical bodies are made up of 14 meridian lines with 361 meridian points located from toes to head.

When our Qi is flowing uninhibited we are healthy and well, when we experience a blockage whether it be caused physically, mentally or emotionally our Qi does not flow as it should and issues occur. The relatively simple process of tapping/percussions specific points can remove these blockages to restore a healthy flow of Qi.
