A great night was had by a team from Choices at the Big Music Quiz -thank you for organising such a fun event and thank you for the photos . We may not have done very well in the quiz but the meat draw winnings made up for it ! Thank you Surf and Turf Guernsey!

We realise the value of accessible information online however it becomes even harder to extract facts from myths.
All the staff at Choices are highly trained in contraception and sexual health and are available to answer your questions in an informed, non-judgemental way. Why not pop along to our friendly, confidential clinic in Town - it is available to all.

What a fantastic initiative from Guernsey Chest and Heart LBG and Guernsey Public Health- FREE blood pressure and cholesterol checks - only available until December so book now!

The Guernsey Chest and Heart are working with Public Health to identify those within our community who are unaware that they have high blood pressure or high cholesterol.

What a fabulous initiative from Guernsey Chest and Heart LBG and Guernsey Public Health -free blood pressure and cholesterol checks

A new free service to help people find out if they have high blood pressure and/or high cholesterol is starting in September. This pilot scheme will run until December and is a joint initiative between Public Health and Guernsey Chest and Heart LBG to detect undiagnosed cases.

If left untreated, these can lead to serious health problems such as heart attacks, strokes and dementia.

You don’t need to book an appointment or be referred by a GP. Free drop-in clinics in September will be held at the Chest and Heart Centre at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.
