We are honoured to welcome Myra Lewin, founder of Hale P**e www.halepule.com and one of the world’s leading voices in Ayurveda, to Guernsey.

Myra has spent over 30 years guiding people back to balance through Ayurvedic wisdom and yoga. Her approach is simple, practical, and deeply transformative.

On Sunday 24 August, 10:30–11:30am, Myra will be offering a special talk on Ayurveda at Queux Plant Centre, Castel.

This session will explore how ancient Ayurvedic teachings can help us:
