These are the snacks I swear by when I want to inhale everything in sight but still want to feel like a functioning human after.

Instead of reaching for fast releasing sugar these snack include protein, healthy fats and fibre to help keep you feeling full, grounded and out of the biscuit tin.

I used to think my body was just unpredictable.
Fine one week, spiralling the next.

Bloated, moody, starving, exhausted…with zero warning.

I used to think skipping breakfast was the healthy thing to do.

Gut rest. Fewer calories. More discipline.

But all it really gave me?
Rage, cravings, breakouts and enough anxiety to launch my phone across the room by 10am.

The shift that changed everything? Actually feeding myself first thing in a way that supports my hormones (and my personality).
