The run up to Christmas can be one of the most stressful times of the year and, because of this, one of the most likely times for you to experience pain along with many other ailments.

Many of us are stressed and rushing about trying to fit in so much like Christmas shopping, cooking, wrapping presents, social events as well as 101 other jobs! We often put other things on hold like exercise due to a 'lack of time' , being over tired or simply wanting to hibernate due to the weather. It is at precisely this time when people are stressed and tired that pain can strike! Not to mention picking up the winter lurgy because you are run down.

Be kind to yourself this year, make time for yourself, keep that body moving, get some good rest and recovery... but if things still get the better of you - we are here :)
