The markers for the CMC East Coast Runway are down – turning one of Guernsey’s best-known & most-used pavements into a 5km loop for walkers, runners & cyclists 🏃‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Just follow the blue circles 🔵 – every 500m up to 2.5km in both directions between the south end of Glategny Esplanade & Bulwer Avenue 🔁

Backed by CMC Wellbeing & The Health Improvement Commission, the ECR is about making activity easier & more visible – right where people already are.

After five years of silence, separation & occupation, the Union Flag flew again.

Eighty years on, we look back with gratitude & remember the courage of those who stayed, the heartbreak of those evacuated & the hope that never faded.

Liberation Day isn't just a date - it’s a reminder of what matters.
Freedom. Kindness. Togetherness.

The EY Easter Running Festival is back this April with four races across four days – something for everyone.

• 5️⃣ 5K from L’Erée to Vazon
• 🌿 XC at L’Ancresse Common
• 🤝 Team relays at Delancey Park
• 🔟 10K from Grandes Rocques to The Bridge

New for 2025: Wheelchair athletes are now included in the 5K & 10K races – racing chairs provided.
