This fabulous feline is Dangerous Dave, and unlike his name he is a sweetie pie! Dave suffers from elbow osteoarthritis and so receives LASER therapy to help with his condition. Well done for being such a superstar Dave 🧡

Daisy 🌼

This gorgeous girlie is Daisy, she came to Guernsey Vets4pets earlier this year as she was struggling to walk. She had chronic degenerative changes to both knees, including a cranial cruciate ligament rupture on the left knee, as well as an angular deformity of the left hind limb. She underwent a TPLO on the left knee in February and then a meniscectory of the right knee in May 🏥 During this time she has been working hard at her rehabilitation plan, including being an underwater treadmill superstar! Whilst she will always have her angular deformity and some osteoarthritis in her knees, she is now far more comfortable and able to enjoy her walks 🦮 Well done to Daisy and her owner for their perseverance 🥰

We said Goodbye to one of our loved regulars today Sabre and his mummy. Sabre has been coming to our Wellness Centre for just over 3 years seeing our pain specialist Vicky for acupuncture and librela. We wish you all the very best for your new journey in South Africa and looking forward to the updates and pictures. It’s been a pleasure looking after you🤎🐶🖤

This beautiful lady is Poppy 🖤 She suddenly went lame earlier this year, upon examination it was found she had ruptured her cranial cruciate ligament and therefore a TPLO was performed at Guernsey Vets4pets. She was very wary at first and pretty nervous, but during her 10 wellness sessions she has come a long way and gained lots of confidence! Well done to Poppy and her owners for their hard work, we're very proud of you Poppy 👏🏻🎉

This sweet girl is Lily 🐶 She had been having some issues with her left knee on and off for a few years, when over Christmas 2022 she started to struggle more 😔 She was found to have ruptured her cranial cruciate ligament on the left knee (or as we vets like to call it, 'stifle’) and so a TPLO was performed at Guernsey Vets4pets. Since then she has been completing her 10 wellness sessions and made wonderful progress! We wish her and her owners all the best for the future, enjoy the summer Lily 🏝️☀️🌊

‼️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ‼️

We have just been informed by the Guernsey Electric Board that emergency works will need to take place outside of our Practice. Work is estimated to start on Friday 21st April, lasting for up to a week.
As shown in the 1st picture below, the road will be completely inaccessible and NO CLIENT PARKING will be available. As shown in the 2nd photo below, there is disc parking and an area to use as a possible drop off point at the front of the practice. Be aware, we share this with two other retailers.
The nearest public car parking available will be on the south side of the bridge opposite Randalls, where our staff will have to park as well due to the staff car park also being out of bounds.
We will be contacting all clients already booked in to advise them of the parking limits. Depending on the type of your appointment it may be easier to drop off your pet at the practice and come back to collect them, or perhaps book in at St Martins practice instead.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience and short notice. Any queries regarding this, please do call 01481239101. ☎️

You may recognise this little bunny, Mowgli🐰
He was featured on our Guernsey Vets4pets page in 2020. He suffered sudden onset paralysis of the hindlimbs which we managed to resolve with conservative treatment. He had a mild relapse recently, so we have been treating him with LASER therapy and remedial exercise 💪🏻 He is already progressing very well and will be hopping back to full health in no time! Well done to Mowgli and his owners for their hard work 🤍🩶🖤

This cheeky chappy is Max 🐶 Had an operation on his left hindlimb to correct a patella luxation (kneecap dislocation) last June, he was recovering well and making good progress. Unfortunately, in November he then ruptured his cranial cruciate ligament on his right hindlimb and so had a TPLO to stabilise this joint 😢 since then he has come a long way and much more comfortable on his back legs! Well done to Max and his owners for their perseverance 🥰
