Working as a full time practitioner Carol has extensive experience working with both sporting and non-sporting clients of all ages and with a wide range of musculoskeletal issues. With ten years’ experience as a Clinical Musculoskeletal Remedial Massage practitioner Carol continues to provide treatments which include various advanced techniques such as Soft Tissue Release (STR) and Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Connective Tissue Manipulation (CTM) and Neuromuscular Techniques (NMT). Carol has continued to develop her knowledge and skills though undertaking further qualifications and is also able to offer additional treatments which include Dry Needling (Acupuncture), Deep Oscillation Therapy, Pre-natal Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage and Kinesio taping. It is also anticipated that Carol will soon be in the position to offer video gait analysis which will not only help her when providing treatments but will help clients address any gait issues that may be contributing to muscle imbalance and/or sport injury. In a desire to continue to develop a wide range of services for clients Carol has also qualified as a Nordic Walking instructor, gaining the Nordic Walking UK Diploma in Exercise and Nordic Walking and will be developing classes, over the coming months, suitable for all levels of ability ranging from Walking for Health & Exercise to Running and Interval Training for those who want a different aerobic workout.
