A little heads up for everyone visiting Guernsey Eyes evening 👀

If you’re coming to the show, the best way to arrive is probably on foot or by “Pushang” 🚶‍♂️😂 because the car park is likely to be absolutely rammed!

And don’t forget to book a table if you’re planning on having dinner 🍴

We’d just like to remind everyone that Wednesday’s Guernsey Eyes and the wonderful Wolf Eyewear with Tom Wolfenden evening at The Tap Room is a civilised event.

So please:

• No barricades
• No riot police
• No camping overnight for colourful glasses

…unless you’ve seen our latest frames collection. Then all bets are off. 👀 fans

👓 SpekTrek 2026 - Now Underway!

The Lions Club of Guernsey are inviting islanders across the Bailiwick to donate any unused or unwanted spectacles as part of this year’s SpekTrek collection - running now until 30 June 2026.

Local opticians are once again acting as official drop‑off points, making it easy to give your old glasses a new purpose. All donated spectacles are sent off‑island to be sorted and prepared for people around the world who don’t have access to essential vision care.

✔️ What we can accept
Spectacles only
(Please note: cases, cloths, and accessories can’t be processed.)

📍 Where to donate
Drop your spectacles at any participating optician across the islands until 30 June 2026.

This simple act can make a life‑changing difference.
