Thank you to everyone who joined for our first group chocolate therapy collaboration with Hari from .wellness last night.

These free sessions will run once a month in the new year on the first Monday of every month upstairs .wellness

These community group sessions will remain free because we are on a mission to get everyone passionate about food to create quick, easy and simple, real chocolate recipes that support your health, up your pleasure hormones and ultimately reduce your risk of diabetes.

Please bring your children! They speak aromas and tastes without filters…and that’s the secret to keeping it fun! 🤩
