Most people do rope cable crunches and wonder why they don’t feel their abs…

Here’s the truth 👇🏾

It’s NOT the exercise.
It’s how you’re doing it.

If you’re:
❌ Pulling with your arms
❌ Going too heavy
❌ Not rounding your spine
❌ Rushing the movement

Your abs will stay switched OFF.

Fix this instead:
✔️ Think “ribs to hips”
✔️ Round your upper body
✔️ Keep elbows fixed
✔️ Slow controlled squeeze
✔️ Exhale hard at the bottom

Do it right and you’ll feel your abs working instantly.
