Mindful Moments is my mental health awareness campaign promoting mindfulness and emotional well-being on social media. It offers daily encouragement, practical tips, and resources for mental wellness. Objectives:
• Increase Awareness: Educate the public about the significance of mental health and mind

fulness practices.
• Engage the Community: Create a supportive online community where individuals can share their experiences and find encouragement.
• Provide Resources: Offer practical tools like mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and mental health resources to help individuals manage stress and anxiety. Execution:
• Content Creation: Designed and produced daily posts - infographics, quotes, and short videos, centred around mindfulness and mental well-being.
• Social Media Strategy: Used Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to engage with a broad audience, using targeted hashtags and community-building tactics.
• Collaborations: Partnered with local mental health professionals, TV stations, and organizations to host live Q&A sessions and webinars, providing expert advice. Impact
• The campaign grew a 4,000-follower community in three months and had high engagement. "Mindful Moments" posts reached over 20,000 people, with positive feedback from followers.

Sometimes anxiety can make even simple things feel heavy and hard to manage. It can feel like you’re falling behind or not doing enough but that doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means your mind and body need support, rest, and space to reset.
