Ghana Holistic Health Association

GHHA creates, supports, educates and informs an inclusive community of healthcare professionals and all parts of society about the principles and practice of compassionate, holistic medicine and health care. The idea for GHHA came from the encouragement of Ghana Alternative Medical Practitioners Association (GAMPA) to form groupings based on areas of specialization as grass root associations to feed into GAMPA. More specifically we seek to encourage allopathic doctors, healthcare physicians as well as alternative health practitioners to incorporate holistic principles into their practices. The founder Kolawole Braimah has taken up this challenge and established GHHA to offer free information about health and wellness resources to help you better cope with an illness or disease, or to enhance your health. GHHA’s focus is to help you integrate mind, body and spirit in the process. Resources will focus on 360 degree (mind, body and soul) offerings in alternative medicine and transformational educational as new paradigm shift. A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO WELLNESS

GHHA encourages individuals to:
•Balance and integrate their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects.
•Establish healthy and respectful relationships with others and the world around them.
•Make lifestyle choices (the 6 Natural Doctors i.e. Good Hydration, Predominantly Plant Based Nutrition, Good Exercise, Good Air & Sunshine, Meditation/Mindfullness and Stress Management) that promote wellness.
•Participate actively in their health decisions and healing processes.
