Our HR department organized a one-day midlife planning seminar for employees in their middle age up to retirement age on September 30, 2022. This programme was organised for the essential purpose of equipping our staff members from ages 35 and above to plan for important but overlooked areas of midlife such as retirement, investment, SSNIT contribution awareness, and alternative agricultural sources of income.

We invited an attorney, a SSNIT representative, Agric officers from the department of Agric, and an investment officer from First Finance Company to present to us in their respective fields. We are excited to have presented an opportunity to our middle-aged staff members to re-examine their lives and plan for a fulfilling future.
