GUESS WHAT THIS SMOOTHIE/JUICE DOES!
🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️…

1. Sexual and hormonal benefits.
2. Benefit for women with premenstrual syndrome
3. Great for s*x drive and s***m production (one of the ingredients has this benefit).
4. Something on hydration
5. Smoothies or juice ideas.

LEMONS 🍋 & LIMES ARE UNIQUELY DIFFERENT.

Here’s why? Presentation is in both English and Twi.

Lemons 🍋 are richer in vitamin C than limes.
Limes 🍋‍🟩 are richer in vitamin A than lemons.

However, they are both from the same citric family foods.

If you listen attentively, you will notice that one has more of other nutrients (minerals) than the other, which serves powerful health benefits.

With regard to the beetroot recipe, I recommend adding a powerful enhancer like lemon, orange or pineapple for maximum absorption.
NB: I said 8 nutrients and not 80.

IS ALMOND MILK REALLY SAFE???🤷‍♀️

Most milk(s) on the market have bad cholesterol/LDL, especially the full cream ones/animal based ones.
Bad cholesterol/LDL in many fatty foods including some milk or dairy products can contribute to medical conditions like; coronary artery disease, aortic aneurysm, angina (chest pain), atherosclerosis which can lead to heart disease, stroke, and peripheral artery disease (PAD). Other conditions linked to bad cholesterol/LDL are; hypothyroidism, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease.

It’s true that almond milk can be quite expensive for people living in developing countries as compared to folks living in developed countries where it’s cheaper and affordable. However, the benefits of consuming this makes it something I can tell you to go for because you health is your wealth.

Choosing almond milk eliminates this LDL cholesterol of a devil which is linked to the conditions mentioned.
NB: nutrition is a 360 thing, going for almond milk and going everything else wrong won’t quarantee a well nourished and healthy body.

LACTOSE INTOLERANT: you can reduce the consumption of foods with lactose.
Foods that contains lactose include milk (animal sources), butter, cheese, cream, yogurt, ice cream, etc. Also processed foods like cereals, baked foods like bread, crackers, cakes, biscuits, pastries, sauces, salad dressings, diet and protein shakes all contains lactose include milk.

HEALTHIER ALTERNATIVES: almond milk, soy milk, oat milk. These are all plant-based milk and it works for vegetarians too.

SOME OF THESE TEA BAGS AND OTHERS ARE DANGEROUS ⚠️ ; WHY YOU ARE ANEMIC…

I have seen death in less than 24 hours due to HB less than 6g/dL.
Other symptoms like cold hands and feet, dizziness, an altered sense of taste, hair loss and cravings for non-food items like ice cubes (PICA) is telling you that, your hemoglobin level is low (you are anemic). Take it serious because if your levels are below 6g/dL, it can be fatal.
I have seen a 19 year old girl die at the HDU in 24 hours due to reading below 6g/dL, and per my experience, knows way too many cases of deformities/deaths link to low blood levels/anemia/hemoglobin.
If your pregnant wife/partner has HB less than 6g/dL, it’s wickedly dangerous for her and the unborn baby (death, deformities/fetal abnormalities).

WALKING - EXERCISING 🏃‍♀️ 🏃…

Not exercising can be a factor for obesity, cardiovascular diseases like heart disease and stroke. It can also be a contributing factor for type 2 diabetes,HBP, high cholesterol, osteoporosis (in women), etc.

So on this day, I walked a totally combined minutes of 45-60.
I preach nutrition/dietetics but these 3 elements is a sure ticket to healthy living and lifestyle
1. Eating healthy
2. Staying well hydrated
3. Exercising.

Walking 10,000 steps daily can help you reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, manage your weight, support your metabolism, offer mental health support, boost your energy levels and your mood among other benefits.
Let’s start with at least 15 minutes of walking a day especially for the sedentary people. We can do it!

Excessive alcohol consumption can lead to mouth cancer, throat cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, bowel cancer, heart diseases like high blood pressure, heart failure and irregular heartbeat. It can also increase your risk of stroke, liver disease, damage to the brain and nervous system, pancreatic and immune system weakness.

However, White wine for example, has health benefits due to its antioxidant content.
Listen well, I’m sharing a lot of goodness about WHITE WINE 🍷.

Start early for easy results, dear parents.
If you introduce your baby to these at 6months, that baby before preschool will love every fruit s/he has tasted before. Don’t wait till they are going to school to start - it doesn’t work!🥶.
Ingredients: strawberries, apple, mango, dates, grapes, raspberries, blueberries, oatmeal, a little ginger and 300ml of water. Blend everything together. I drizzled mine with honey 🍯 for 😜reasons.
