FRAUD ALERT 🚨.

I AM NOT THEIR CONSULTANT. IF I DON’T POST IT HERE MYSELF OR TALK ABOUT IT, THEN IT’S NOT ME.

My attention has been drawn to this business (matcha.com) selling matcha tea to people at a staggering GHc 900+ few minutes ago.
They are thieves using my image to lure people into buying from them. I am not their consultant and do not even know them.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
This is fraudulent and you deal with them at your own peril.
🙄🙄🙄.

WARNING TO THEM: their next delivery point is where they will be arrested. Very irresponsible of them.

Thanks.
Happy New month to us all.

THE PERFECT BLOOD TONIC 🩸 🩸🩸…

A hemoglobin below 7g/dL is life threatening and can cause death. Healthy or normal hemoglobin level is necessary for all humans and as such, crucial for every pregnancy and its outcome. According to the WHO, every man is expected to have a HB level of greater than or equal to 14g/dL to 18g/dL with every woman (including the pregnant woman) having between 12g/dL to 16g/dL. Clinically, anything above 11.5g/dL is recorded in the maternal and child health record book (antenatal/weighing book) as normal and healthy for the pregnancy. When a pregnant woman has a hemoglobin of less than 7g/dL, it’s known as severely anemic, will be prepped for blood transfusion and this if left and not corrected is dangerous for her and the baby she’s carrying. Anything below 11g/dL to 7g/dL is known as moderately anemic which is unhealthy too. The goal is to be above 11 g/dL.
Being anemic can affect the growth of your baby, especially during the first trimester where vital organs develop. If anemia goes untreated, your baby is at a higher risk of having anemia after birth, can lead to birth defects and other developmental problems. Again, anemia increases the risk of delivering your baby earlier, known as preterm birth (delivery below 38weeks of pregnancy), having a low-birth weight baby (a birth weight less than 2.5kg).
If the low hemoglobin level is left untreated, it can also result in low blood pressure levels, which could reduce the rate at which the fetus receives a continuous supply of blood. Low blood pressure in pregnant women could cause brain damage to the fetus and could also result in stillbirth in some cases.
Below are signs and symptoms to help you know that your hemoglobin is low:
* Experiencing fatigue
* Feeling weak
* Having pale skin and gums
* Having shortness of breath.
* Having a fast or irregular heartbeat.
There is the turkey berry juice also.
NB: you don’t add milk or tin tomatoes to that. That’s totally wrong!!!

MANAGEMENT OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE (HPT)
New Month Sermon - June.

High blood pressure is a medical condition in which the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high. A medical instrument known as the sphygmomanometer or blood pressure monitor is used to check one’s blood pressure and usually, hypertension is defined as blood pressure above 140/90 (systolic blood pressure being 140 with the diastolic blood pressure being 90); and is considered severe if the pressure is above 180/120.
A high blood pressure left unregulated over a period of time can lead to dangerous health complications like, heart attack or stroke, aneurysms, heart failure, kidney problems, eye problems, metabolic syndrome, change with memory or understanding and dementia.
There are some symptoms or warning signs of High Blood Pressure to look out for and these includes;
* Experiencing blurry or double vision.
* Having light headedness or feeling faint
* Tiredness or fatigue
* Experiencing headaches
* Having heart palpitations
* Bleeding in the nose
* Experiencing shortness of breath
* Feeling nauseous and/or vomiting.
It’s important to limit/avoid Processed meats such as bacon and hot dogs, canned foods with preservatives, high-sodium foods such as canned foods, pickles and potato chips, Fried foods such as french fries and chicken strips, fatty meats, vegetables oil and margarine, which are high in trans fat (unhealthy fats) and table salt.
Have your blood pressure checked today and seek professional help. Eat a balanced diet rich in the 4 star diet for total supply of all nutrients for total well-being and vitality. Have your blood pressure checked today and talk to the right professional.

NB: I owe no copyright to the song.
Happy New Month - Let’s commit to a hard BP this month.
