Polo G says he’s been sober and a vegan for seven months.

On Monday (Dec. 1), the rapper appeared on a livestream with DDG and revealed the change in his lifestyle. He shared that he hasn’t drank or smoked in that time.

“I f**k with it,” Polo says of being vegan. “It feel different, though. Like my homies, I get around my homies and they still eat meat and they be trolling me... I I feel like I need to have [a chef] ’cause it ain’t that many places that cater the vegan food.”

The Chicago rhymer says his mind is “way clear” and he has more control than he had before. “I just process my thoughts better,” he shared.

He’s also working out daily, focusing on cardio-based routines to get his wind up.

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
We have a few seats available for those who want to be a part of the conversation. We promoted privately this year since we are filiming. We have a few seats available for those who’d like to be a part of the conversation live. We chose to create a panel this year and film a series of interviews with efforts to keep the conversation about sobriety going. I’m truly excited to not only be a part of something so beautiful but to be the founder that stands on the foundation of sobriety. We have a few amazing speakers and Sylus Sun is one of them.

It is my honor to create this space.
If you are in the Little Rock, Area and want to join us, reach out and let me know and someone will reach out to you.

Back to Sobriety Annual International Sober Fest
Where Community Becomes THE Culture

Back to Sobriety’s Annual International SoberFest is an event yet also a homecoming. A gathering where we come together as a community to share our victories, our stories, and our passions. A sacred space where honesty heals and connection transforms.

Here, we share tips and tools that become weapons of wellness against addiction, depression, anxiety, and displacement. We speak life into each other. We remind one another that healing doesn’t have to be a solo act. Healing is a shared rhythm, a collective breath, a culture of care.

At Back to Sobriety, the culture is SOBRIETY.
It’s for every person and every background because the greatest identity we can hold is wholeness.

We can’t just talk about recovery we must live it, celebrate it, and embody it. Together, we rise through the power of community, culture, and connection.

Addiction is not a shameful flaw,
it’s a sacred clue that something deeper is calling you home
