Ghana is currently experiencing a fourth wave which could have been prevented if we all adhere to the protocols on COVID-19.

Protect your life and those you care about by being responsible and encouraging others to do likewise.

From December 16th to 29th December 2021, 9445 COVID-19 cases have been reported and these is for those who have tested and we have sadly lost 39 persons over the same period.

Covid-19 is real.
Don't be a statistics.
Be part of the solution, thanks.
Shalom and the best of the season to you ๐Ÿ™

Good evening lovely partners of Qmed.
I trust we are all doing well and staying safe.

The Delta variant is surging, and COVID-19 cases are increasing across the country. If you have had close contact with someone with COVID-19, you should consider getting tested, even if you are fully vaccinated.

Close contact means you were within 1.5 metres to 2 metres of an infected person for a total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period.
Thank you.

Covid-19 is still lurking in Ghana, cases are not dropping as anticipated and persons with Covid-19 needing admission is on the rise. Covid-19 can cause severe illness. CDC, USA, data shows that 3 out of 10 persons with Covid-19 will need ICU care. We have limited ICU beds in the capital. It's best to prevent yourself from getting this disease by:
๐Ÿ‘ŒWearing a face mask
๐Ÿ‘ŒAvoiding crowds (minimize social events and do not attend functions unless very vital)
๐Ÿ‘ŒMaintain a physical distance (at least about 2 arms length from the next person)
๐Ÿ‘ŒAvoid meetings in enclosed spaces, it's best to open the windows.
๐Ÿ‘ŒPractice Regular hand hygiene with soap and water (use alcohol based sanitizer if water and soap are not readily available)
๐Ÿ‘ŒPractice cough etiquette
๐Ÿ‘ŒPractice and sustain the highest level of personal hygiene
๐Ÿ‘ŒEat well including lots of fruits
๐Ÿ‘ŒDrink lots of water
๐Ÿ‘ŒAvoid stress
๐Ÿ‘ŒSleep well
If we can all adhere strictly to the safety and preventive protocols on Covid-19, collectively we will win this fight. Our collective good is in our hands.
Let us do it together.
Thanks.
Shalom to you and enjoy the evening ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™
