Duties
1. Personal care needs ( assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming)
2. Meal preparation.
3.Medication reminders
4. Checking of vitals.
5. Keeping the patient's room and surroundings always clean.
6. Readily available to respond to patient's call for assistance.
