◉ vomiting
◉ Diarrhea
Runny nose or nasal congestion
◉ Decomposition
◉ Burning eyes
◉ Burning when urinating
◉ Feeling feverish
◉ Sore throat
➙ It is very important to count the days of symptoms: 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
◉ Take action before the onset of fever.
◉ Be careful, it is very important to drink plenty of fluids, especially purified water. Drink plenty of water to keep your throat moist and to help clear your lungs.

➙ 2nd phase; (from 4th to 8th day) inflammatory.
◉ Loss of taste and / or smell
◉ Fatigue with minimal effort

Currently Covid-19 pandemic is a leading challenge across the globe. It is mandatory to attain and maintain good nutritional status to fight against virus..

✔An adequate intake of zinc, iron, and vitamins A, B 12, B6, C, and E is essential for the maintenance of immune function.
✔Eat fruits daily (guava, apple, banana, strawberry, cantaloupe melon, grapefruit, pineapple, papaya, orange.
✔Eat fresh vegetables (green bell peppers, garlic, ginger, kale, lime, coriander (dried), broccoli)
✔Use nuts like almonds.
✔For snacks, choose fresh fruits and raw vegetables rather than foods that are high in sugar, salt or fat.
✔Consume unsaturated fats (found in avocado, fish, nuts, soy, olive oil, canola, corn oil, and sunflower)
✔Drink water.
✔exercise and sleep well.
✔wash your hands frequently under running water, sanitize your hands, wear your nose mask and never forget social distance🙏
