Every society will continue to replicate itself in the minds of its inhabitants unless acted upon by an external mindset. The idea of setting up this organisation started in fragments, in the mind of the founder QUIST E. CREPINDALE when he was perceiving things around him the way he did and getting the same results even when the system has been changed. The questions he kept asking was, “is it about the environment or it has to do with my attitude”. Both questions were right but something had to inform a portrayed attitude to match up with an ever changing society or environment. He also realised people behave the way they do due to the Mindset they have acquired; as a man thinketh so is he. He made a list of all the challenges he faced and categorised them into four [4] basic divisions; Family, Business, Health and Education. Then he consulted friends and families to share this idea with and establish an organisation that will influence people of influence by changing their MINDSET on these four units applying God’s Kingdom Principles.
