Ama was a young mother with two children. She was given strong pain medicine after a surgery.
At first, she followed her prescription carefully. But on days when the pain felt stronger, she took extra tablets, thinking it would help her recover faster.
One evening, Ama collapsed at home. She had unknowingly taken more than her body could handle. She survived after emergency care — but the doctors warned her family: “Another extra dose could have cost her life.”
Since then, Ama always tells her friends at church:
