More than a — Poka is a movement! Poka partnered with The Vision Foundation , the MB Foundation (led by ), and The Owusu Project (founded by ) — both players, to donate Kodu pads to students of Madina Basic School as part of . We spoke about proper menstrual hygiene practices, how to use and dispose of a Kodu pad, and what to do when you’re unsure if something about your period is normal. It was an enlightening session with lots of thoughtful questions from the girls. We’re grateful to The Vision Foundation —and their MD, , for their dedication to supporting menstrual health for young women.
