The Ghana Business Coalition on Employee Wellbeing (GBCEW) is a registered membership-based NGO that coordinates and provides sustainable technical assistance to its members in the implementation of employee wellbeing and social protection programmes at the workplace. VISION
The Vision of GBCEW is to be a mobilised and empowered Ghana Business Community ready to take effective action on Employee Wellbeing in the workplace and beyond. MISSION
The Mission of the GBCEW is to mitigate the impact of communicable and non-communicable diseases on sustained profitability and economic growth. GBCEW provides a network of high quality information and best practices; and supports the building of sustainable partnerships between the business sector and other stakeholders.
