This is why your physique isn’t improving:

1️⃣ You train with too much ego and lift too heavy.
2️⃣ You don’t control the weight during the movement.
3️⃣ You focus on moving the weight, not the muscle.

How to fix it:

✅ Use a weight you can control with proper form
✅ Slow down the movement and feel the muscle working
✅ Focus on progressive overload (more reps or a little more weight over time)

Remember: Better form builds better muscle.

Here’s why your side delts aren’t growing 👇🏾

1️⃣ You’re lifting too heavy
2️⃣ You’re not controlling the weight during the movement
3️⃣ You’re swinging the dumbbells instead of targeting the muscle

If you want bigger, rounder shoulders, focus on quality reps, not ego lifting.

Here’s how to fix it:

✅ Use a weight you can control safely
✅ Slow down and control the movement
✅ Keep tension on the side delts throughout the rep

When the weight starts to feel lighter and you can do more clean reps, that’s your sign to increase the weight slightly.

Remember: muscles grow from tension and control, not from swinging weights.
