The right way to do Rope Triceps Pushdown 💪🏾

✅ Push down with control
✅ Split the rope & squeeze at the bottom
✅ Don’t swing your body
Focus on the squeeze, not the weight.

Most people just bounce up and down during calf raises without actually engaging the muscle 👎

To really grow your calves, focus on the squeeze at the top don’t just push up.
✅ Feel the inner calf contract
✅ Control every rep
✅ Get a full stretch at the bottom

It’s not about moving the weight… it’s about feeling the muscle work.

Week 10 recovery update 💪🏾
After being off for about 4 months, I’m finally starting to feel stronger and gaining some size back.

Here’s why you still don’t see your abs 👇🏽

1️⃣ You don’t challenge your core enough train it the same way you train other muscle groups.
2️⃣ Add resistance! Weighted core training = better definition.
3️⃣ Follow a structured plan it keeps you consistent and progressing.
4️⃣ You don’t track what you eat. If you’re not tracking your daily calories, it’s almost impossible to reach your goal.
5️⃣ Learn the basics of nutrition once you do, everything becomes easier.

Here’s a great tip if you’ve been struggling to increase weight on your lat pulldown 👇
Start with your top set first, then lower the weight and go for high reps this helps build strength, control, and back size 💪

Master your Glute Machine Form 🍑🔥
✅ Adjust the key to the last hole keep the pad tight on your leg.
✅ Control the movement down, then explode up and squeeze your glutes hard at the top.
✅ Focus on feeling the contraction, not just moving the weight.
