Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo - PREHA The Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo (PreHA) was established on 21st March, 1931 making it the oldest Mission Hospital in Ghana.

PreHA is well known to be second to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in terms of performance outputs in the Ashanti Region.

CLINICAL MEETING
The Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo (PreHA) ended its weekly CLINICAL MEETING PRESENTATION FOR THE 2025 YEAR today with a key and all important topic that bothers across the globe “CERVICAL CANCER PREVENTION & CONTROL”. Today’s Clinical meeting was chaired by Dr. Maame Fremah Kotoh-Mortty(Paediatrician/Clinical Coordinator- PreHA).
This very important topic was presented by Miss Abigail Opokua Tutu - Public Health Nurse/Cervical Cancer Advocate-PreHA.
In this presentation, Miss Abigail Opokua Tutu stated that “Routine Screening is a KEY STEP in the prevention and control of Cervical Cancer”

STAFF DURAR
The Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo (PreHA) Mamagement and staff had their last Staff Durbar/Engagement for the year 2025 yesterday 15th December, 2025. The General Manager of the Presbyterian Health Services, Asante Akyem Area - Rev. Ezekiel Amadu Daribi commended all the staff for their immense contribution and support towards the development of the Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo, throughout the year 2025.
The staffs in response also applauded the Hospital Management Committee, in their commitment to the welfare of every staff member and their vision to improve the status of the hospital by completing several developmental projects in the facility easing burden/pressures of both the Patients and staffs and adding aesthetic view to the hospital.

MORBIDITY & MORTALITY REVIEW MEETING CHAIRED BY THE MEDICAL ADMINISTRATOR OF THE PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL, AGOGO - DR KENNEDY OPOKU(OPHTHALMOLOGIST)

The Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo continues to embark on programs to improve its clinical outcomes. One of such programs is a monthly Morbidity and Mortality review meeting which takes place at the In-service Training Hall of the hospital to present and review all mortality cases including near misses to improve its clinical practice. Today’s meeting was to review Morbidity and Mortality cases for November, 2025.
