*PROTEINURIA*

Albuminuria (sometimes referred to as proteinuria) is when you have albumin in your urine. Albumin is an important protein normally found in the blood that serves many roles in the body - building muscle, repairing tissue, and fighting infection. It is not usually found in the urine.

Healthy kidneys stop most of your albumin from getting through their filters and entering the urine. There should be very little or no albumin in your urine. If your kidneys are damaged, albumin can “leak” through their filters and into your urine.

*SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS*

Most people with albuminuria (proteinuria) may not notice any symptoms. This is why it is so important to get regular health checkups (including lab tests), especially if you have any risk factors for albuminuria or kidney disease.

If symptoms are present, you may notice one or more of the following:

• Foamy urine
• Puffiness around the eyes (especially in the morning)
• Frequent urination (peeing more often than usual)
• Swelling of your feet, ankles, belly area, or face.

*CAUSES*

Some of the most common causes of temporary (short-term) albuminuria include:

1. Dehydration (not drinking enough water)
2. High-intensity exercise
3. Fever and/or infection
4.Heart failure exacerbation (flare-up)

Some of the most common causes of chronic (long-term) albuminuria include:

1. Diabetes (especially if your blood sugars are higher than your target range)
2. Hypertension (high blood pressure)
3. Heart disease and/or heart failure
4. Glomerular disease (such as IgA nephropathy, lupus nephritis, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), or glomerulonephritis).

*Complications*

Albuminuria is a significant risk factor for developing complications. Some of these complications include:

👉Kidney failure
👉Cardiovascular disease (heart failure, heart attack, or stroke)
👉Heart failure
👉Decreased life expectancy (early death)

*Lifestyle changes for proteinuria*

1. Eat a heart-healthy diet to keep the fat (cholesterol) in your blood under control.
2. Eat a low-salt diet to keep your blood pressure at normal levels.
3. Limit protein in your foods.
4. Limit the amount of fluids you drink.
5.*Exercise*
Regular exercise is important for a healthy lifestyle. For general guidance on exercise recommendations, visit Natural health Ghana kidney disease page.
*Other steps*
Some additional steps that can help you lower your uACR levels and lower your risk for a cardiovascular event (heart attack or stroke) include (not all recommendations will apply to everybody):

1. Stop smoking and/or using to***co products.
2. Work toward losing extra weight through a balanced diet and physical activity.
3. Limit how much alcohol you drink.

PROSTATE CANCER
Prostate cancer develops in the prostate gland,a part of the reproductive system in men located below the bladder and in front of the re**um, and assigned male at birth. This tiny gland secretes fluid that mixes with semen, keeping s***m healthy for conception and pregnancy.

WHAT CAUSES PROSTATE CANCER?
As with cancer in general, prostate cancer forms when cells divide faster than usual while normal cells eventually die, cancer cells don’t. Instead they multiply and grow into a lump called a tumor. As the cells continue to multiply, parts of the tumor can break off and spread to other parts of your body.Experts aren’t sure what causes cells in your prostate to become cancer cells.

TAKE NOTE:
The main job of the prostate and seminal vesicles is to make fluid for semen.During ej*******on, s***m moves to the urethra. At the same time, fluid from the prostate and seminal vesicles also moves into the urethra. This mixture-semen-goes through the urethra and out of the p***s as ej******es.

_CAUSES_
The cause of prostate cancer is unknown, but researchers know many things can increase a man’s risk for disease.
^Age
^Family history
^Weight

SYMPTOMS
-Frequent need to pass urine.
-Dull pain in the lower pelvic zone .
-Trouble passing urine, pain, burning or weak urine flow.
-Painful ej*******on
-Blood in the urine
-Pain in the lower back, hips or upper thighs.
-Loss of hunger
-Loss of weight
-Bone pain

TREATMENT
Early -stage prostate cancer is a cancer that has grown in the prostate, but not escaped beyond it to other parts of the body, like lymp nodes or bones. Men with early-stage prostate cancer have a very good chance of survival. These are several options for treatment.
Your treatment plan will consider:
*The stage and grace of the cancer
*Your risk category( whether the cancer is low-intermediate-or high-risk)
*Your age and health
*Your treatment goals
*Your preferences about side effects and long-term effects of treatment.
*Results from other diagnostic tests.

ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
Men may have s*xual health problems following their cancer diagnosis or treatment.Erectile dysfunction(ED) is when a man finds it hard to get or keep an er****on strong enough for s*x. ED happens when there is not enough blood flow to the p***s or when nerves to the p***s are harmed.
Cancer in the prostate, colon,re**um and bladder are the most common cancers that can affect a man’s s*xual health. Treatment for cancer, along with emotional stress can lead to ED.

NATURAL HEALTH would treat you with natural medications other than orthodox medications which you would put on a smile and a good s*x.

Urinary Tract Infection Solutions

Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) PACK

Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) are infections that affect any part of the urinary tract. The urinary tract consists of the kidney, ureter, bladder and urethra. Bladder infection is the most common type of UTI. Women are especially prone to urinary tract infections – about 40% of women will develop a urinary tract infection at some point in their life. However, men are neither spared of UTIs.

Natural Products For UTI & STD’s Pack is a set of strong anti-bacteria and anti-fungal blend of natural organic products that works perfectly to help eliminate the problem. If you desire to completely get rid of infections and other infection related complications, this Natural Forever ( UTI & STD) Infection Solution is all you need for yourself and everyone you know suffering from infections. This solution consists of natural products that help to deal with the root cause of the particular infection, its effect on the body and rejuvenate your overall health until you are finally free from infection(STDs or UTIs) misery.

Causes

Urinary tract infections typically occur when bacteria enter the urinary tract through the urethra and begin to multiply in the bladder. Although the urinary system is designed to keep out such microscopic invaders, these defenses sometimes fail. When that happens, bacteria may take hold and grow into a full-blown infection in the urinary tract.

The most common UTIs occur mainly in women and affect the bladder and urethra.

Infection of the bladder (cystitis). This type of UTI is usually caused by Escherichia coli (E. coli), a type of bacteria commonly found in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. However, sometimes other bacteria are responsible.

Sexual in*******se may lead to cystitis, but you don’t have to be s*xually active to develop it. All women are at risk of cystitis because of their anatomy — specifically, the short distance from the urethra to the a**s and the urethral opening to the bladder.

Infection of the urethra (urethritis). This type of UTI can occur when GI bacteria spread from the a**s to the urethra. Also, because the female urethra is close to the va**na, s*xually transmitted infections, such as herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia and mycoplasma, can cause urethritis.

Symptoms

Cloudy, bloodstained, bad smelling urine

Sharp pain and burning sensation during urination

Frequent, urgent need to urinate, often with small amounts of urine

Waking up at night to urinate

Pain in the lower back, with or without fever

Incontinence

Factors that increase the risks of UTIs

Lack of fluid intake

Holding urine

Poor personal hygiene

Pregnancy

Presence of underlying medical conditions such as diabetes, renal stones and prostatitis

Sexual in*******se can increase the risk of UTIs in women because bacteria from va**na may enter urethra and cause the infection.

Prevention is better than cure! Risk of UTI can be reduced by:

Drinking plenty of water at least 2.5 liters per day

Regular drinking of cranberry juice

Not holding urine

Urinating after s*xual in*******se

Proper personal hygiene

Wiping from front to back after urinating or bowel movement.

PROTEIN IN URINE
Protein in urine, also known as proteinuria, is a condition that occurs when an abnormal amount of protein is present in the urine. When the kidneys are not functioning properly, proteins may leak into the urine, indicating an underlying health issue.

CAUSES OF PROTEINURIA
*Kidney Diseases:* The most common cause of proteinuria is kidney disease. Conditions such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), glomerulonephritis, and diabetic nephropathy can damage the kidney's filtering units (glomeruli) and lead to protein leakage.

High Blood Pressure: Uncontrolled hypertension can damage blood vessels in the kidneys, affecting their ability to filter blood properly and resulting in proteinuria.

Diabetes: Diabetes, particularly uncontrolled diabetes, can harm the kidneys and cause proteinuria due to elevated blood sugar levels affecting the filtration process.

Infections: Certain infections, such as urinary tract infections (UTIs) or kidney infections, can cause temporary proteinuria. Treating the underlying infection usually resolves the issue.

Congestive Heart Failure: Heart conditions that lead to poor blood circulation can place extra strain on the kidneys, causing proteinuria.

Lupus: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks its own tissues, causing widespread inflammation and tissue damage in the affected organs. It can affect the joints, skin, brain, lungs, kidneys, and blood vessels leading to Proteinuria.
