More often, puberty occurs with the same age ranges. However, some children experience early onset of puberty and others delayed puberty.
Talk to a doctor when a girl develops p***c hair and breast before age 7or 8.
Talk to a doctor if a young boy has an increase in testicles or p***s size before age 9.

You can help your child go through the experience by talking positively about the changes.
1.Let him/her know the changes are normal
2.offer to help him/her along the way. This may include helping him or her learn to use deodorant or buying feminine hygiene products for girls.
3.continue to talk with your child, if you need help or you think your child needs counselling, talk to your Doctor.

SIGNS OF PUBERTY
IN GIRLS;
1.The first sign is usually the development of breast.
2.Then hair grows in the p***c area and armpits.
3.Menstruation(period) usually happens last.

IN BOYS;
1.It usually begins with the p***s and testicles getting bigger.
2.Hair growth in the p***c area and armpits.
3.Muscles grow, the voice deepens and facial hair develops as puberty continues.

Boys and girls may get acne or pimples, have a growth spurt lasting for about 2-3years.This brings them closer to their adult height which they reach after puberty.

PUBERTY
It's the time in life when a boy or girl becomes sexually mature. This process usually happens between ages 10-14 for girls and ages 12-16 for boys. It causes physical changes and affect girls and boys differenty.

Adolescence has 3 stages.
1.Early Adolescence (10-13yrs)
2.Middle Adolescence (14-18yrs)
3.Late Adolescence (19-21yrs)

Each stage has its own characteristics.
