We’re beyond thrilled to announce that our very own superstar, the incredible Dr. Grace Asare, is bringing home the GOLD! She has officially won the prestigious NATIONAL Dr. Mary Opare Preceptorship Award for 2025! 🏆✨

This isn't just any award. It's the ultimate recognition for a healthcare leader who doesn't just heal, but also inspires, teaches, and builds up the next generation of medical heroes. It celebrates the mentor who gives their heart and soul to guiding others.

And that is Dr. Grace Asare to her core. ❤️

A few months ago, we hit the pause button on our daily routines for a vital reason: a hospital-wide workshop on customer service facilitated by an expert in the person of Mrs. Gifty Ofori.

Our goal was and is to make sure our smiles are as healing as our medicine. 😉
We learned that a friendly "Akwaaba" and a listening ear can make a world of difference. Now, as the festive season approaches, we're putting those skills into overdrive.

Our promise to the Kade community is simple: professional care, delivered with a kind heart. We're here for you, through the holidays and beyond.

WOW! 🤩 We're still feeling the incredible energy from our World Prematurity Awareness Month celebration! Our NICU team, led by the phenomenal Yvonne Oware, hosted what can only be described as the best awareness celebration !

Imagine a room filled with laughter, knowing nods, and a few happy tears. Our Pediatric nurses were on fire, sharing insightful and relatable experiences that connected deeply with caregivers and expectant mothers. ✨

The most powerful moments? Hearing the incredible testimonies from parents who have walked the NICU path. They spoke of fear turning into faith, of tiny hands holding their fingers, and of the unwavering support from our NICU nurses who became their family.

It wasn't just informative; it was FUN! A true celebration of life, resilience, and the amazing community surrounding our NICU.

To every nurse, midwife, parent, and mum-to-be who participated – THANK YOU for making it so special.

We are so excited to share that our entire team—from our doctors and nurses to our amazing support staff—have just completed an intensive training on Medico - Legal Ethics.

What does this mean for you, our cherished community? It means we are more committed than ever to:

We were privileged to learn from one of the very best, Prof Alexander Oti Acheampong, Dean, School of Dentistry KNUST, Professor Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Council Member, Medical & Dental Council, and an esteemed Lawyer whose insights will help us provide care that is both compassionate and professionally responsible.

A special commendation goes to our forward-thinking Hospital Management and our diligent In-service Training Unit. Their commitment to excellence made this training possible and was capped off by the presentation of official Certificates of Participation to all attendees.

We had such a wonderful and important day here at the Kade Government Hospital's Public Health Unit!
A huge shout-out to the incredible team of fuel attendants and Manager from the Goil filling station at Subi who joined us for a vital breast cancer education and screening session. 🩺✨
It's truly inspiring to see heroes who work so hard to keep our community moving also take the time to prioritize their health. Thank you for your enthusiasm, your brilliant questions, and for taking this proactive step with us!

What an incredible day of empowerment and partnership! Yesterday, Kade Government Hospital and Kwaebibirem Municipal Health Directorate had the distinct honor of joining forces with the Pentecost Church Kade during their annual Women's Week to deliver a comprehensive, all-round health screening for the community.

The response was truly inspiring, with over 150 women taking a proactive step for their health and well-being!

Our dedicated teams were on the ground, providing essential services and expert advice:

🎗️ Breast Cancer Team: Offering vital checks and life-saving information.
🌿 Herbal Medicine Team: Sharing insights into holistic and traditional wellness.
👁️ Eye Screening: Ensuring clear vision and early detection.
🍎 Nutrition Counselling: Delivering personalized guidance for a healthier lifestyle.
A special highlight was the dedicated educational sessions, where our Breast Cancer and Herbal teams empowered attendees with information to take control of their health.
