This Patient came to IAMA very sick with fever and right flank plains. We discovered a large collection of fluid in the left flank. With Ultrasound about 2L of infected fluid or pus was drained with small blue tune that you see. No operation or surgery was needed. This was a patient who came with a jaundice because the bile duct was blocked. We drained the liver of the bile , he felt bettter and we put ina stent to keep the duct or tube open.
