🗓 Surgery: 4th – 15th May

✅ Conditions to be assessed include:
• Enlarged prostate
• Difficulty in passing urine
• Urine incontinence (inability to hold urine)
• Undescended te**is in children
• Urethral stricture & other urogenital abnormalities
• Vesico-va**nal fistula (VVF – urine leakage from va**na)

Today, we held our Quarterly Leadership Training for all In-charges and Deputies across the various units.

The session, themed “Employing Managerial Tools to Resolve Challenges,” focused on strengthening leadership and management capacity to improve service delivery within the hospital.

Participants were taken through key managerial tools such as SWOT analysis, PESTLE, Fishbone diagrams, the 5 Whys, and the PDSA cycle—equipping them with practical approaches to problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous quality improvement.

The training also featured engaging discussions and case studies addressing real workplace challenges, including staff compliance, patient concerns, and resource management. This reinforced the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and strategic planning in delivering quality healthcare.

Today, we added some fun and excitement to our Ghana Month activities with a thrilling “Kick to Score Challenge”! 🥅⚽

Each unit proudly presented a representative, bringing energy, teamwork, and a healthy dose of competition to the field. It was amazing to see our staff step out of their routines and showcase their skills, spirit, and enthusiasm.

The atmosphere was filled with cheers, laughter, and unity as colleagues came together to celebrate not just the game, but our shared culture and identity. 🇬🇭❤️
