Hospital Managers’ Retreat | Koforidua

Our Hospital Managers’ Retreat was successfully held from 8th to 10th at the Catholic Pastoral Center, Koforidua, bringing together In-charges and their Deputies for focused reflection and strategic planning.

The retreat provided a platform for a thorough evaluation of the 2025 Unit Models, in-depth discussions on rebranding models, and the establishment of clear and effective Unit Objectives for 2026. These sessions were aimed at strengthening leadership, improving operational effectiveness, and aligning all units with our shared vision and goals for 2026

We are grateful for the commitment, insights, and collaboration demonstrated throughout the retreat as we work together towards a more unified and impactful healthcare delivery in 2026.
