On the 13th of April 2022, The Gov. Leader Hospital under GhAfriHOPE missions (an NGO with its Headquarters in Pennsylvania, USA) embarked on a free medical outreach in Kato, a surburb of the Berekum District in the Bono Region of Ghana.

Bringing Quality and affordable healthcare to rural folks and the people of the Bono Region is our aim and goal.

A BRIEF CONVERSATION WITH THE CHIEF OF NSOATRE AMANFOOSO

During our Medical Outreach at Nsoatre Amanfooso, we had a little talk with the chief of the village to get his perspectives and insights about the hospital and GhAfriHOPE Missions.

The language in the video is Twi, a Ghanaian local language of the people of the Bono Region.

Africa's One HOPE Ghana Missions is a non profit organization that is committed to helping desperate and needy families in rural Ghana especially in the Bono Region.

On Sunday, the 10th of April 2022, the Gov. Leader Hospital embarked on a free medical screening at Nsuatre Amanfooso, a rural community in the Bono Region.

The idea behind this was to bring quality and affordable health care for these rural folks who have challenges accessing basic medical care.

Hi there, welcome to the Gov Leader Hospital located in the Bono Region near Nsuatre.

The Gov Leader Hospital is a medical project under Africa's One HOPE Ghana Health Systems, a non profit organization with it's headquarters in Pennsylvania.

Africa's One HOPE Ghana (GhAfriHOPE) is committed to helping desperate and needy families in rural Ghana.

Gov Leader Hospital, named after the former Governor of Pennsylvania, Gov Leader George Michael (1955 - 1959) was established with children in mind when the CEO and Founder Dr. Douglas Awusi Yeboah did his research in 2005 in Ghana for his PhD dissertation.

Dr Awusi visited a good number of schools and everywhere he went, he encountered children who came to school with headache and stomach aches.

So he and his wife Esther decided to build a hospital to provide quality and basic health care for the impoverished in rural Ghana.
