every person in this world we live in needs a name to help identify him /her as to no where he/she is coming from and every trained professional needs a pin or code to help identify the council or institution he/she belongs. so then, i ask Traditional Medicine Practitioners Council (TMPC) what do they use to identify professional nurses they have issued permit to training institutions for knowledge and skills in health installment? is it only the certificate or there is something more? if it only the certificate they issue, then it should be made known to all Ghanaian and all health councils and all health institutions and its executives and if there is something more eg pin/code we suggest it should be made known to us because complementary health nurses are suffering and to cry out loud we are facing a lot challenges so far as this pin/code is vital to government and the health institutions/facilities we find ourselves.
