🇱🇾 Countries that played key roles in the overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi and the destabilization of Libya now claim they want the nation to be “stable and prosperous.”

Huawei almost collapsed in 2019–2020 after the United States imposed severe sanctions.
In May 2019, the U.S. banned American companies from supplying Huawei, cutting it off from Google services and key components.
The worst hit came in September 2020, when the U.S. blocked Huawei from buying any advanced chips made with American technology.
This stopped Huawei from producing its Kirin processors and nearly destroyed its smartphone business, causing global sales to crash.

Huawei survived by:

Creating HarmonyOS, its own operating system

Investing in local chip development

Focusing on cloud and enterprise technologies

By 2023–2024, Huawei began to recover with new 5G phones made using Chinese technology.
