I am Giorgos Saramourtsis, supporting project coordination at .
After academic studies and professional experience in Scandinavia, working in welfare and support, I decided to make my dream come true➡️🌍
Already during my Master’s studies at the and , Finland and Denmark respectivelly, a spark to live and work where there is need and relevance, was born ✨ 💡

After living and working in Northern Ghana, I feel gratitude to for his mission
Beyond being a professional, a fully committed expert in STI protection and SRHR, I want to thank as a human being, for his holistic approach, MAKING ABSOLUTELY NO DISCRIMINATION in the provision of his services and support at any level to local people.

In my view, DECISION-MAKING centers, even in the humanitarian aid sector, should stand behind such individuals and visionaries who ACT selflessly, sincerely, and holistically, WITHOUT forcing their projects into categories and LABELS simply to access support, funds or follow trends.

These VISIONARIES and small, DIRECT organizations that remain faithful to their principles, even at the risk of disappearance, are what communities need to strengthen local structures in a sustainable way ♻️♻️

✨ WHAT COMES NEXT FOR WHIZZKIDS UNITED ✨ 2026

IN 2026, we take a BRAVE NEXT STEP.
We move from schools into WORKPLACES, to stand with YOUNG WOMEN against HARASSMENT and to support WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT & LEADERSHIP.

We are small.
We are direct.
No intermediaries. No delays.
Every contribution goes straight to the people who need it.

So far, we’ve worked in schools, delivering gender equality & SRHR education, empowering girls and following up beyond the classroom.
➡️ Now, it’s time to protect and empower them where life happens: AT WORK.

We provide:
• STI (HIV) education & prevention, Family Planning & one-to-one personal consultations
• Access and encouragement for Hepatitis B vaccination

Black Friday passes every year, and many of us enjoy it. BUT giving can last longer.

Her contribution strengthens our ongoing projects and supports the implementation of two new initiatives focused on:

• Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Prevention & Vaccinations, and
• Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) Education for young people, especially young women, in the Northern Region of Ghana.

WEE-North: Empowering Women in Trades

Whizzkids United is proud to partner with WEE-North in delivering 'Creating a Level Playing Field'. WEE-North provide young women with the opportunity to train in male-dominated trades. These vibrant and motivated young women have undergone intensive training in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, bricklaying, painting, POP, and electrical work at St. Mary's Technical Institute and Tahamayili Vocational and Technical Institute.
