Gob3”. It is a food enjoyed by many Ghanaian homes as it serves as a complete meal for the family. Currently, some people even add some salad leaves, eggs,etc. It is very rich in fibre, so all foods high in fibre are essential for good s***m quality. It is also very rich in protein. Gob3 has very good protein quality because even in a protein diet, the quality of the protein is also important. Also, it is very high in carbohydrates.
