Hi all,

I am writing to inform you that I will be adjusting my pricing structure to keep up with inflation and increasing operating costs. The decision has not been made lightly, but is necessary to ensure I can continue delivering the level of care that I aspire to.
The new pricing structure will be as follows:

Initial Consultation (45 minutes): £60
Follow-up Session (30 minutes) £50
Extended Session (60 minutes): £65
Home Visits: By request

If you have any questions or concerns about how these changes may affect your ongoing treatment plan, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.

All existing bookings will of course be honoured and changes won't go into effect until 1st of March.

I deeply value your loyalty and the relationships I have built with each of you and appreciate your understanding and support.

It was lovely to spend the afternoon at Clubhouse and bring them a sizable cheque thanks to your generosity. The target was 1k so you smashed it! Thank you Gibraltar.

Climbed 22148metres

All in eleven belly laugh filled days with my mate Nick. Ten months ago I wasn't really cycling at all. It just shows what's possible when you put your mind to it. What limits do we self impose on ourselves?

I must have been back six weeks now and I've started to think about my next challenge....

There's the small matter of renovating out flat but I was wondering if anyone has ever swam, run and cycled around the rock in a oner?? Maybe one for 2025
