We are excited to welcome Jesse to the Capurro Insurance team! 🎉

Jesse joins us for an 11-month apprenticeship as part of the Insurance Apprenticeship programme launched by the Ministry of Employment and the Gibraltar Insurance Institute (GII). An initiative designed to open doors for young people looking to build a career in insurance.

Over the coming months, Jesse will gain hands-on experience within our Personal Lines Department, learning about customer service, claims handling, underwriting and compliance; all under the guidance of our experienced team.

Alongside his practical experience, Jesse will also undertake professional training with the Gibraltar Insurance Institute and sit the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) examinations, earning globally recognised qualifications that will set the foundation for his career in insurance.

We are proud to support this initiative and play our part in developing Gibraltar’s future insurance talent. ✨
