Bringing everyone together to explore one of the most overlooked drivers of performance: Sleep.
The workshop “Optimising Sleep for Health and Workplace Performance” delivered practical, evidence-based insights into how rest shapes our energy, focus, and long-term wellbeing.
Led by Sleep and Longevity Specialist Eva Guerini and Registered Nutritional Therapist Mary Jane Feeke, the session explored how stress, nutrition, light exposure, and technology all play a role in sleep quality. Attendees left equipped with simple, actionable strategies they can apply immediately to improve their rest and enhance performance both professionally and personally.
